R220m Expansion For Leroy Merlin Cornubia

The City, together with private-sector partners Fundamentum Property Developers, Investec and the Adeo Group, marked the sod turning of KwaZulu-Natal’s first Leroy Merlin store. 

The development forms part of Phase 1 of the new Cornubia Business Park, a project expected to catalyse investment and drive transformation across Durban’s northern development corridor.
