There was an air of jubilation when eThekwini Municipality Mayor, Councillor Cyril Xaba and CEO of Fundamentum Development Company, Mr Carlos Correia, officially opened Westown Square. They were joined by various Provincial and Municipal leaders, including MEC for Transport and Human Settlements Mr Siboniso Duma, the Chairperson of the City’s Economic Development and Planning Committee, Councillor Thembo Ntuli and eThekwini City Manager Mr Musa Mbhele.
