EThekwini City Manager, Musa Mbhele, conducted a successful unannounced site visit to the uMlazi Roads and Stormwater Depot on 7 May. The unannounced visit aimed to assess the service delivery being provided to communities. It was also to identify and address challenges impacting service delivery and to discuss solutions to address these issues to enhance both the efficiency and quality of services provided.
